About Youth180°

Youth180° would like to extend a warm welcome to all university and TAFE students that are taking their studies here in Perth. Both local and international students attend our fellowship group, which focuses on topics and issues that may relate to a student's life.

Our youth group is designed to support students in their spiritual growth. The topics for discussion, sermons, and bible studies are relative to the issues that are commonly faced by us, young adults. One of our goals is to provide sufficient spiritual material that would bring a better understanding to God's word, which will ultimately bring a stronger relationship with our Almighty God.

Why should I go to Youth180°?

Here are some reasons why you may want to check out Youth180°:

  • Learn more about God's Word
  • The focus is on God and the Bible
  • Have some time out from study or work
  • Meet people and build healthy friendships
  • Have Christian fellowship with other youths
  • Its a great source of support

What do we do on Friday Nights?

On Friday nights, Youth180° meet in the upstairs sanctuary at 7:30pm (for address go to the "Contact us" page). During the meeting, we have a bit of singing at first, followed by some sharing from the past week, then a sermon or Bible study, and group discussion. Occationally we have combined meetings with the other fellowship groups for games, gospel rallies, and many others. Whatever the event, Friday nights are always something to look forward to.

Care Groups

At Youth180° there is a support system that is known to us as CARE GROUPS!

Care groups are smaller groups that give the opportunity for people to experience Christian fellowship on a smaller scale. Together, they do bible studies, have discussions on message topics, and occationally meet out of church for fellowship and getting to know each other better. These meetings outside of church are usually a time that they can gather to sing praises to God, do some activites together (dinner, games, sharing, bible study etc), and just general catch up with each other. The meetings prove to be a real relief from studies during the semester.
