Junior Sunday School
Every Sunday at 9.00am at Church

The Junior Sunday School consists of children aged 3-15 years old. The purpose of this ministry is to instruct and to train the children in the knowledge of the Bible and the saving grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Sunday school begins at 9.00am with some singing, followed by a session of art and craft and other Bible-related activities. At 10.00am, the children will join their parents in the sanctuary for worship. Before the sermon begins, the children will be asked to go to their Sunday School classes.

Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF)
Every Friday at 7:30pm at church

The Youth Fellowship group meets each Friday beginning from 8.00pm to 9.30pm. Children aged between 9-13 years are welcome to attend. The aim is to help the young people to fellowship together in their study of God’s Word and learn how to serve God. This provides an opportunity for them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. They will also be able to build Christian friendship and bonds amongst their age group.

The YF activities include singing of hymns, prayer, studying of God’s Word, Bible quizzes and games. An annual Vacation Bible Camp is organised to promote the above objectives. If you would like to attend the YF and/or would like more information, please contact the church.

Youth 180
Every Friday at 7.30pm at church upper sanctuary

Youth 180 is for university and TAFE students. The program varies from Bible studies and prayer meetings to discussions on topics and issues relevant to young adults. Every once in a while, we have cottage meetings where we gather at the home of a brother or sister in Christ and have our program there instead of at church. Youth 180 meetings give the opportunity for young Christians to fellowship together in a more relaxed environment and to cultivate a better understanding of God and how we ought to worship Him in the right way.

All members of the Youth 180 are placed in care groups for the purpose of developing a closer and stronger bond with each other. The people within each care group gets to know each other through Christian activities such as group outings, Bible study and discussions. The care group system has proven to be a great blessing to members of Youth 180, especially in times of need. The intimacy of each cell group allows members to rejoice and encourage one another. Chinese Young Peoples Group (CYPG)
Every Friday at 7:30pm

The CYPG is much like Youth 180, but the program is conducted in Mandarin instead of English. This ministry is specifically for overseas young adults who are not fluent in English, giving them the opportunity to experience Christian fellowship and hear God’s Word without language difficulties. If you know someone who feel more comfortable in Chinese and would like to attend the CYPG, please contact Shie Tian Ho stian1410 @ yahoo.com.au.

Ladies Fellowship
Monthly on Saturday afternoon 2:00pm

The Ladies Fellowship is a fellowship group suitable for all female adult members of the church. This group is smaller than the Adult Fellowship group, but we believe that this ministry is vitally important for the sisters of our church who feel that they need to share their thoughts and experiences with other sisters only. Speakers normally speak on topics such as family life, relationships and serving God as a Christian wife and mother. Sometimes the fellowship group would have cooking sessions where sisters can learn from one another. .

Prayer Meeting
Every Tuesday at 8.00pm

Christians have a unique privilege, that the living and true God is willing to hear their prayers, as a father tenderly listens to the requests of his children. As you will learn, prayer is an important part of a Christian’s spiritual life. It is the only way in which we can make our petitions and requests to God, and it is said in the Bible that, "For where two or three [born-again Christians] are gathered together in my [Jesus’] name, there am I in the midst of them (Matt 18:20)."

Therefore, it is important for Christians to find time to pray with other brothers and sisters in Christ. The prayer meeting is preceded by a Bible Study session, focusing on a particular portion of the Bible or one of the biblical characters. Afterwards, we go to our separate groups to pray. In spiritual warfare, prayer, the Bible and obedience are the only weapons available to Christians. Therefore, it is very important that all true believers in Christ cultivate a relationship with God through prayer and a real appreciation for the power of prayer. .

Evangelism Prayer Meeting
Every Sunday at 12.20pm at Jeremiah Place

Spend 15 minutes to save a lost soul. That is what the Evangelism Prayer Meeting is about. Often people neglect evangelism because they believe that the time is not right to talk to the people around them about Christ. Prayer is something that can be done at ALL times and it is prayer that will make someone receptive to the Gospel. In the work of "soul-winning", we need people to maintain prayer for the lost, new believers and for the evangelism work of the Church. All are invited and strongly encouraged to join this vital ministry of the Church and experience the power of prayer in evangelism.
